Blog Provides More Insight into Forest Health Initiative

U.S. Endowment for Forestry and Communities (the Endowment) President Carlton Owen used the organization’s most recent Blog posting – Seeking 21^st Century Solutions to America’s Forest Health Crisis — to provide greater insight and background into thinking behind the decision to invest in scientific tools for the forest health tool box.  The Blog makes several key points, perhaps most importantly, that “science without consideration of social and regulatory issues is unacceptable.”
